Orders

How do I track my order?

  • All orders are eligible for tracking. Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to the email or phone number that was used during checkout

Can I cancel my order?

  • Once you’ve placed an order, you have until 12pm PST to cancel. If your order has already been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.

How long will shipping take?

  • Depending on the shipping option, Domestic packages should arrive within 4-8 business days 
  • USPS First Class Mail (Economy 4-8 business days) FREE on orders over $75. This option is available for $6.90 for orders under $75.
  • USPS Priority Mail (Standard 3-5 business days) FREE on orders over $100. This option is available for $9.90 for orders under $100.
  • USPS Priority Mail Express (Express 1-3 business days)  FREE on orders over $150. This option is available for $19.99 for orders under $150. 
  • UPS Ground (Standard 1-5 business days) *rates are calculated at checkout

Fulfillment & Processing

  • All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days

What if my package is lost or stolen?

  • Sunday Jewels is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The buyer commits to full responsibility when purchasing. Please contact USPS, or your local Postal Carrier to locate your package, and or file a lost or damaged package report.

What if I put the incorrect address?

  • If you place an order and you submit the wrong address at the time of purchase, please email us at info@sundayjewels.com within 30 minutes of purchase to guarantee that your request can be completed.

Package Delivered but Not Received?

Sunday Jewelry is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but not received. If after 21 days your package has still not been delivered please reach out to our customer service team for further investigation. 

What if I received the wrong item?

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center here
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 14 days from receipt of package 
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 14 days of the delivered date to receive a refund or replacement free of charge. 

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants (even exchanges). Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 10 business days after approval.
